Transparent Fees – At Express Conveyancing, we work on a transparent fee structure, meaning that there are no hidden fees or surprises as your transaction progresses. For each client instructing through Express Conveyancing, we provide a full itemised quotation prior to instruction and discuss all aspects of the transaction to check for anything which may not be covered by an initial online quote to ensure we have included everything prior to proceeding with the transaction. Our quotes will not change providing the mechanics of your transaction do not change either. If anything unusual or unexpected happens as the transaction proceeds, our conveyancing solicitors in Surrey will agree it with you first before applying any additional fees so that you can make an informed decision about proceeding.

No Completion, No Fee – We understand how costly moving home can be and so we operate a no completion, no fee policy for your first transaction with us. If the transaction falls through for any reason, be it down to you, or the party on the other side of the transaction, we will not charge you any legal fees. The only fees payable will be third-party disbursements incurred up to the point the transaction falls through.

Unfortunately, our no completion, no fee is limited to the first transaction only as if you reinstruct on a second transaction which also falls through, then we may charge a proportion of the legal fees up to the point of falling through. We maintain this to ensure fairness to our conveyancers.

Lender Panels – Across all of our panel firms, we are on the specialist lender panel for most mortgage lenders including all major banks and building societies. We are also on the lender panel for the majority of smaller, lesser known or newer mortgage lenders and bridging lenders. This means we can act for your transaction no matter who your lender might be or more importantly, if it changes throughout the course of the transaction.

Online Service – Throughout of our years of operating in this field, we have developed our online systems meaning that we now provide a service that is online as much as it possibly can be. This also means our conveyancing solicitors in Surrey can act remotely and so you can carry out the conveyancing process from the comfort of your own home or at a time and in a place that suits you. You will not need to visit the office of your conveyancer. Our online portal is there for you to upload documents, request updates, contact our team and also track the progress of your transaction.
