There are plenty of myths and misconceptions about how conveyancing firms should work. Seen’s as you’re here, we want to set the record straight. This is who we are, what we do, and why we’re probably not a lot like you’d imagine, and we want to start by asking you a question…
Who said that conveyancing had to be sloooow and/or seriously expensive?
Yes, we’re a panel of fully-qualified Solicitors (who notably hold more than a century of experience between us); we’re also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and accredited by the ‘Conveyancing Quality Scheme’ (a seal of approval in this industry of ours). And of course, we also hold £2 million in professional indemnity insurance.
But this doesn’t mean that we speak in jargon, nor that our conveyancing takes an age to complete (after all, who wants to wait longer than four weeks when they’re in the midst of a property chain?).
All of our Solicitors are also listed on Lender Panels – which, in straightforward terms, means that you should be confident in our expertise – whether buying, selling or remortgaging
